These Terms govern DuckWeights. By creating an account or using authenticated features, you agree to them.

Service

DuckWeights provides a catalog, distribution tools, hosted chat, and optional community seeding. Availability, model access, and features may change or be suspended. We may remove content or accounts that create security, legal, operational, or community risk.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate account information, safeguard credentials, follow applicable law and third-party model licences, and use connected-app tools only for information you are authorized to access. Do not disrupt the service, circumvent limits, upload unlawful material, or infringe rights.

Models, chat, and sharing

Model files, licenses, and upstream terms remain their respective owners’ responsibility. Verify fitness and compatibility before use. Hosted chat and connected-app outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional advice. Seeding uses your network and storage only as configured by you.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or fit-for-purpose service. To the extent permitted by law, DuckWeights and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable Canadian federal law. Courts located in British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
