DuckWeights is operated from British Columbia, Canada. This Policy explains how we handle personal information for the service.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as name, username, email address, profile data, session and security information, and information needed to provide features you choose, including chat conversations, connected-app account references, model requests, community activity, and device or transfer reports. Optional analytics and advertising measurement are subject to your cookie choices.

Use and disclosure

We use information to operate, secure, improve, support, and enforce DuckWeights; provide requested chat, community, and download features; prevent abuse; and comply with law. We disclose information to service providers acting for us, connected services you authorize, other users where you choose to make content public, or where required or permitted by law.

Connected apps and Hugging Face

Connected-app access is read-only and limited to tools you enable. We do not receive your Hugging Face token from the desktop app. Review the privacy terms of any service you connect.

Retention and safeguards

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for these purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may manage profile data, connected apps, cookies, and certain public activity in settings. You may request access to or correction of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
